From visible screws and rivets to semi-invisible nails or even completely invisible fixing methods. It’s up to you!
There are many fixing options for Rockpanel boards, varying from visible fixings to semi-visible options to even completely invisible fixing methods:
Some of these fixing options are only possible with a certain type of Rockpanel product or with a specific sub-construction (timber, steel or aluminium).
Are you using a timber sub-construction? In that case, we have a lot of fixing options available for you. First of all, you can opt for one of the (semi-)visible mechanical fixings: corrosion resistant nails or screws. If you’re going for invisible fixing, you can use our adhesive installation system, or go for a nice ship lap construction.
If you’re using an aluminium sub-construction, there are three fixing options for Rockpanel boards. First of all, you can use corrosion resistant rivets. Both of the other options are invisible fixing options. Our adhesive installation system, also known as Rockpanel Tack-S, can be used for our Durable boards. For our Rockpanel Premium A2 11mm boards, you can also use our mechanical concealed fixing system for an optimal result.
For steel sub-constructions, there are two fixing options available. You can either use corrosion resistant rivets or screws.
Fixings in various RAL colours
Did you know that Rockpanel fixings are available in RAL colours? This way, you can easily match them to the colour of the board material of your choice. Even visible fixings will then be hardly noticeable from a distance. Or maybe you would like to use your fixings as a part of your design statement? A more contrasting colour could also give an interesting effect.
